Refund and Returns Policy
You are protected every time you make a purchase on East Afro Dress. Our policy lasts 14 days.
Buyer Protection – we will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final. The policies and systems we have in place to protect you are called Buyer Protection. Refund Policy – when you make a purchase on East Afro Dress, You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the East Afro Dress app or website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we will refund your payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval to be eligible for a refund. What is covered If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem in the East Afro Dress app or website immediately: missing item, Item not as described, never shipped. If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. What is not covered Item does not fit / changed mind If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of the items, Custom size and on sale products are not refundable. unless they arrive as not described and and never shipped, we can’t accept returns.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are delivered not as described. What is not covered, Item does not fit / changed mind If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to seller: {physical address}.
Cancellations
Cancelling an order can be done before the product is started processing.
Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If 14 days of delivery have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to provided: {physical address}, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and let us know the shipping details via email. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
